Описание

В международной технологической компании, работающей в сфере систем безопасности и автоматизации, открыта позиция Pre-Sales Engineer. Компания является одним из лидеров европейского рынка и развивает решения, используемые профессионалами и конечными пользователями более чем в 180 странах мира.

Роль предполагает сочетание глубокой технической экспертизы, работы с продуктом и активного взаимодействия с бизнесом, партнёрами и ключевыми клиентами.

Функциональные обязанности

  • Техническая поддержка менеджеров по развитию бизнеса на встречах с клиентами и партнёрами

  • Проведение технических семинаров, презентаций, выставок и вебинаров

  • Презентация новых продуктов и функциональных возможностей для дистрибьюторов и инсталляторов

  • Обучение технического персонала партнёров продуктам и решениям компании

  • Подбор и внедрение технических решений под задачи клиентов, техническое консультирование ключевых заказчиков

  • Анализ рынка и конкурентных решений

  • Развитие долгосрочных партнёрских отношений с ключевыми партнёрами

  • Участие в бета-тестировании продуктов, подготовка технической документации

  • Совместный анализ потребностей клиентов с отделом продаж

Требования к кандидатам

  • Высшее образование в области ИТ / электронной инженерии

  • Опыт работы с системами безопасности, видеонаблюдением, телекоммуникациями или смежными направлениями

  • Отличное знание охранных систем и IP-видеонаблюдения

  • Практический опыт установки и/или проектирования систем безопасности (охранные, пожарные, СКУД, видеонаблюдение)

  • Опыт проведения обучений и презентаций будет преимуществом

  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки

  • Готовность к командировкам по региону

  • Самостоятельность, инициативность, высокий уровень ответственности
