Обязанности:
Support the development, planning, and execution of the brand marketing calendar and marketing activities;Participate in the development and launch of new products, including involvement in product positioning sessions;Assist in development of communication strategies and digital activations, including SMM;Coordinate development of advertising and communication materials in collaboration with creative and media agencies, including approval processes;Manage packaging adaptation in line with global guidelines and local market requirements;Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare insights-based recommendations;Support the preparation of short-term brand and product promotion plans;Analyze internal brand KPIs and performance metrics;Track annual and monthly category budgets, including accruals and budget control;Coordinate with suppliers and support documentation and reporting processes;Prepare and submit regular (monthly) brand and marketing reports;Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to support brand-related initiatives.Требования:
Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage;Experience working in an international company and/or advertising agency is a plus;Analytical skills and ability to work with research results, reviews, and reports ( Nielsen);Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;English proficiency at Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level or above;Strong cross-functional collaboration skills;Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
