О компании и продукте

Silkyway — мобильное приложение, которое помогает находить товары по фотографии.

Пользователь загружает фото товара → приложение ищет аналоги на китайских маркетплейсах → показывает лучшие варианты по цене и соответствию.

Мы строим продукт на стыке mobile, marketplace и smart search, и сейчас нам нужен человек, который возьмёт на себя рост пользователей приложения.

Задачи

  • Разработка и реализация стратегии привлечения пользователей в мобильное приложение

  • Запуск и масштабирование performance-каналов (Meta, TikTok, Google, in-app networks и др.)

  • Работа с ASO (App Store / Google Play)

  • Формирование и тестирование growth-гипотез

  • Улучшение воронки: install → registration → first action → retention

  • Аналитика ключевых метрик: CPI, CAC, retention, LTV, MAU

  • A/B-тесты креативов, посадочных и сценариев онбординга

  • Совместная работа с продуктовой командой (маркетинг = часть продукта)

Ожидания от кандидата

Обязательно:

  • Опыт продвижения мобильных приложений

  • Понимание performance / growth-маркетинга

  • Опыт работы с аналитикой (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust или аналоги)

  • Умение считать и отвечать за результат в цифрах

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт в marketplace, fintech, delivery, SaaS

  • Опыт вывода продукта с ранней стадии на масштаб

  • Опыт построения или управления маркетинговой командой
