A French-Kazakh joint venture, Qazaqstan Identity & Security LLP, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Astana. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a hands-on approach to office operations.

Key Missions

Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (document flow) Translating documents and communications from/to English Preparing visa support documents for foreign specialists Coordinating with suppliers (contract requests, acceptance acts), reconciling monthly expenses Drafting and maintaining meeting minutes and internal protocols Ordering office supplies and essentials Coordinating with couriers and postal services Organizing internal events, offsite team-building activities, and business trips
