Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's buildings, facilities, and supporting infrastructure across all three KMK countries. Lead a team of technicians and contractors to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of facility management services, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and project management. Assess and prepare the technical components of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders for the organization's buildings and infrastructure services in the KMK countries. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize the performance, safety, and sustainability of the organization's facilities and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and project management, to align the buildings and infrastructure operations with the overall business objectives and strategies.
