Responsibilities:
Industrial readiness: Layout readiness, jigs/tools/Quality tools/Capex, industrial data readiness (accurate in the ERP), capacity to integrate continuous improvement in manufacturing thanks to a good use of EMFU/IMFU. Manage at site level all initiatives coming from TA & ToT (activity & technology), meaning trainings, documentation & assistance for his product Cost compliance: adherence to learning curve, industrial continuous initiatives pushed to operational functions. Configuration management: Industrial readiness to incorporate technical changes that could have impact in the product configuration. Anticipation capacity on industrial takt-time changes. Lead those changes for the operations. Lean approach in all the topics (Manufacturing engineering, physical flows, supply chain, manufacturing). People Management CycleArea of Responsibilities in the Company:
Reports at project level on the industrial maturity for his project(s). Reports on Industrial fixed costs at project level (work package owner). Ensure that all industrial data are well settled in the ERP. In the absence of Project Quality Manager in the project, could act as a facilitator (document readiness,).Mandatory:
Degree in Industrial Engineer 5 years’ experience in Industrial and/or Project managementCompetencies & Skills
