As a Supply Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our day-to-day courier operations, playing a crucial role in managing our fleet and ensuring organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with management to develop and oversee budgets, and provide leadership for both financial and operational functions.
Your Journey with Us:
Guide and oversee strategic, operational, and administrative programs. Develop and implement clear goals, strategic plans, and policies.
Take charge of recruitment, training, and onboarding for our couriers. Ensure they have the necessary support and documentation for seamless delivery.
Continuously enhance acquisition, retention, and operational strategies for couriers. Evaluate and refine processes to maximize organizational efficiency.
Maintain a meticulous, data-sensitive approach to ensure accurate databases and reporting. Implement and analyze internal reporting procedures.
Facilitate effective communication with the Operations Manager on support processes, striving for high service levels and courier satisfaction.
Advise on financial well-being, monitor regulatory compliance, and manage insurance policies while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Identify new courier sources and analyze operational metrics to drive city growth. Develop frameworks for successful regional expansion.
Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a focus on long-term city success. Optimize delivery times and courier earnings.
What You'll Bring to the Ride:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS programs or ERP systems.
At least 1 year in high-demand roles such as operations, consulting, or investment banking, with on-demand delivery experience being a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to persuade with data and facts.
Results-oriented, autonomous, efficient, and collaborative, with an openness to direction and a commitment to achieving goals.
The ability to approach situations from multiple perspectives.
