Job Description:

As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the pricing strategies for over 200 short-term rental properties. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue through strategic pricing adjustments and thorough market analysis. You will utilize pricing tools to monitor and adjust rates based on market conditions, demand, and property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize pricing tools such as PriceLabs to adjust and optimize rates.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue maximization.
• Monitor property performance and implement pricing strategies to enhance occupancy and profitability.
• Identify and address underperforming properties with targeted pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights on pricing performance and market trends.
• Manage property listings to ensure they are optimized for visibility and conversion.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new tools and technologies, particularly pricing tools like PriceLabs or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and trends, identifying key insights to inform decision-making.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a variety of software tools and platforms, with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems rapidly.
• Focus and Endurance: Capable of sitting and working through a high volume of repetitive or monotone tasks with sustained concentration and accuracy.
• Strategic Insight: Ability to assess property performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance revenue and occupancy.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Additional Skills: Experience in listing management is a strong advantage.
