В настоящий момент открыта вакансия Marketing Director.

Задачи позиции:

  • Формировать стратегию, определять основные маркетинговые цели;
  • Нести ответственность за разработку и реализацию маркетинговой стратегии;
  • Планировать и контролировать маркетинговый бюджет, проводить мониторинг и оценку эффективности маркетинговой деятельности, анализировать рынок, конкурентов, маркетинговые исследования фармацевтического рынка;
  • Определять приоритетные каналы сбыта и их характеристики, разрабатывать подходы к их созданию и использованию;
  • Выявлять приоритетные группы потенциальных потребителей для разработки мероприятий, способствующих расширению рынка продаж продукции;
  • Вести контроль за исполнением мероприятий плана маркетинга;
  • Координировать работу по подготовке планов маркетинга и отдельных мероприятий;
  • Обеспечивать межфункциональное взаимодействие отдела маркетинга, подбирать персонал, организовывать и контролировать работу сотрудников отдела;

Требования:

  • Высшее медицинское/фармацевтическое образование с дополнительным в области маркетинга;
  • Успешный опыт от 5 лет на аналогичной позиции в фармацевтических компаниях. Опыт работы с дженерическими препаратами будет преимуществом.
  • Навыки ведения переговоров;
  • навыки управления командой;
  • Умение отстаивать свою точку зрения;
  • Способность к анализу данных;
  • Умение планировать и расставлять приоритеты, работать в режиме многозадачности
