A leading international company is hiring a strategic and result-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts in Kazakhstan. Your mission: drive business growth through strong brand, performance, and trade marketing — while ensuring full local relevance and compliance.
You’ll manage a cross-functional team, collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and HQ, and oversee both strategy and execution across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own the 12–24 month marketing strategy aligned with P&L and market goals
Lead brand, performance, and trade marketing campaigns
Launch new products with clear value propositions and positioning
Manage team, agencies, and a $1M+ marketing budget
Ensure communications are locally relevant and compliant (Kazakh language required)
Conduct market research, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations
What We’re Looking For
4–5+ years in marketing, with 2–3+ years in a leadership role in Kazakhstan
Experience in both brand and performance marketing
Strong team and agency management skills
Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English preferred
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach
