International company looking for a strategic and hands-on Activation Manager to lead in-store marketing and trade initiatives for the Showroom channel. This role is focused on boosting brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion through impactful activations and tailored tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Own sales development of assigned product categories, ensuring KPI delivery
Develop go-to-market and customer activation plans (incl. budgeting & analysis)
Ensure strong product presence across all showroom touchpoints (offline & online)
Localize marketing materials and manage POS tools, layouts, and displays
Plan and execute showroom-specific campaigns, seasonal offers & product launches
Drive incentive programs for sales teams and partners
Support events, exhibitions, and showroom-related training initiatives
Coordinate with external agencies and manage timely production of promo assets
We’re seeking a proactive marketer with a passion for activation, strong coordination skills, and experience in retail or trade marketing.
Requirments:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Trade Marketing / In-store Activation / Retail Marketing)
Proven track record in managing BTL campaigns, activations, and POS materials
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience in retail, consumer goods, or showroom environments is a plus
Bachelor degree
