Key Goals of the Role:

• Plays key supporting role in development, production, and deployment of strategic marketing initiatives.

• Interacts within key processes connected with main marketing streams: scientific-based materials, SOP, diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

• Works across teams (Sales, I&S, Marketing, Operations, Technology) to ensure effective deployment of initiatives.

• Collaborates with Technology to integrate materials into company channels, including digital platforms.

Knowledge Management:

• Develops marketing materials.

• Researches global best practices and key industry trends.

• Interacts with external experts to ensure high-quality content and relevance.

Procurement & Management:

• Conducts marketing tenders for required services.

• Manages forecasts, analyses, and stock control in systems.

• Monitors KPIs and prepares activity reports.

Budget & Implementation:

• Participates in budget preparation and execution.

• Supports implementation of materials, communications, and system setup

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business, or related field.
• English advanced level.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, marketing agency – min 3 years.
• Experience of working with marketing services providers.
• Good knowledge of marketing activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good analytical and project management skills.
