What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the development and promotion of branded merchandise and retail display standards;
Coordinating local implementation of product launches and visual materials;
Conducting market research and competitor analysis for merchandise and display solutions;
Preparing sales and performance reports with actionable insights;
Collaborating with the European head office on planning, supply, and strategy alignment;
Developing dealer support programs, visual guides, and training materials;
Organizing and participating in dealer visits: assessing visual standards, collecting feedback, providing on-site support;
Ensuring proper in-store representation of the brand and merchandise in dealer showrooms.
What We’re Looking For:
Higher education (Marketing, Business, Management or similar);
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;
Confidence in Excel, PowerPoint, and report creation;
Clear and structured communication skills - both verbal and written;
Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus);
1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, merchandising, or dealer operations;
Willingness to travel and build strong professional relationships with retail partners.
