About the Role
Join a global leader shaping the future of digital customer journeys. We're looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to coordinate and optimize the performance of our national and dealer websites, including pre-owned vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance national & dealer websites
Optimize the digital customer journey for effectiveness and convenience
Analyze user behavior with Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, heatmaps, etc.
Coordinate SEO strategies and monitor search performance
Liaise with dealers for timely, accurate content updates
Oversee external vendors & internal tech teams
Support integration with global digital platforms
⚙️ Propose and implement improvements for website efficiency
Maintain comprehensive digital performance reports
Required Qualifications
* Experience:1–3 years in digital roles (e.g., Digital Coordinator, Content **Manager, Marketing Specialist)
*** Education: Higher education (preferably in technical or economic fields)
****Language: English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Technical Skills:
✅ Google Analytics
✅ Yandex Metrica
✅ Heatmap tools
➕ Power BI is a plus
