We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Exchange Administrator to be responsible for the development and support of our email infrastructure solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Administer and support on-premise MS Exchange environments.
• Manage and maintain hybrid configurations.
• Implement and support email security solutions, including anti-spam, anti-virus, and encryption.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex email-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange services with other systems and applications.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
• Work on critical and high severity incidents and problems: identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions; provide timely status updates and reports.

What we are looking for:

• Must have at least 10+ years’ experience in IT and\or Information Security.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting MS Exchange environments.
• Strong knowledge of email security protocols and solutions.
• Understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assume a leadership role, owning the job, team player, constant focusing on results.
• Knowledgeable in Network/TCP fundamental

Optional (will be a plus):

• Knowledgeable in Office 365 and related services.
• Experience with other email platforms and migration tools.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar.
