Responsbilities:

Manage core administrative functions: databases, payment processing, and ordering of promotional products for the team.
Support event planning and content creation, working directly with the Head of Marketing and professionals across the CCA region.

Conduct research and analysis to support the business development goals of our team.

Requirements:

Strong interest in marketing and event organization.
Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing logistics.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
A creative mindset and willingness to support social media content and corporate events.
Preferred requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in PowerPoint (creating professional presentations) and Excel (including Pivot Tables).

Prior experience working in a corporate environment.
