Abris Distribution Group — один из ведущих IT-дистрибьюторов региона, работающий в 11 странах. Мы представляем более 60 мировых брендов, сотрудничаем с 1000+ партнёров, поддерживаем корпоративные и государственные проекты в сфере IT, телекоммуникаций, мобильных устройств, электроники и зелёной энергетики.
Мы активно развиваем digital-направление и ищем интернет-маркетолога, который будет усиливать онлайн-присутствие, выстраивать лидогенерацию и обеспечивать аналитику для роста продаж.

Обязанности:
• Развитие корпоративных веб-сайтов: управление проектами по разработке и обновлению сайтов, SEO-оптимизация, аналитика трафика и конверсий.
• SMM: ведение и развитие корпоративных страниц (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram и др.), контент-план, работа с подрядчиками по фото/видео/дизайну.
• Лидогенерация и реклама: запуск и оптимизация рекламных кампаний (Google Ads, Яндекс.Директ, контекстная и поисковая реклама, B2B targeting).
• Email-маркетинг: сегментация базы, автоматизация, регулярные рассылки, работа с open rate/CTR, A/B тесты.
• Работа с подрядчиками: постановка задач дизайнерам, копирайтерам, агентствам, контроль качества и сроков.
• B2B-продвижение: совместные digital-активности с вендорами, кампании по продуктам и решениям, отчётность по эффективности.
• B2C-маркетплейсы: продвижение товаров на Kaspiy, OZON, Wildberries и других маркетплейсах; настройка карточек товаров, участие в акциях, оптимизация видимости и продаж, работа с рекламными инструментами маркетплейсов.
• CRM-маркетинг: интеграция маркетинговых активностей с CRM (Bitrix, Salesforce, HubSpot), работа с лидами и воронкой.
• Маркетинговая аналитика: настройка и ведение дашбордов (Power BI, Google Data Studio и др.), построение воронки продаж, атрибуция и оценка ROI.
• Отчётность и оптимизация: регулярная подготовка аналитических отчётов, предложения по увеличению конверсий и эффективности маркетинга.

Требования:
• Опыт работы в digital-маркетинге от 3 лет (желательно в IT, B2B или дистрибуции).
• Практический опыт создания и развития корпоративных сайтов.
• Опыт работы с CRM-системами (Bitrix, Salesforce, HubSpot или аналогами).
• Навыки построения дашбордов и аналитики (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel).
• Опыт ведения соцсетей и генерации лидов в B2B.
• Опыт продвижения товаров на маркетплейсах и мобильных приложениях (Kaspiy, OZON, Wildberries и др.).
• Знание инструментов: Google Ads, Яндекс.Директ, Google Analytics, Метрика, рассылочные сервисы.
• Понимание принципов SEO, контент- и email-маркетинга.
• Уверенные навыки аналитики: умение связывать данные из разных источников, строить отчёты для руководства и вендоров.
• Английский язык — не ниже Intermediate.
