Role Responsibilities:
Drive Conversion:Translate brand equity into actionable strategies at the shelf or digital shelf to enhance consumer engagement.Improve Visibility:Deliver best-in-class execution both in-store and online to maximize brand presence.Retailer Collaboration:Co-create category- and shopper-focused campaigns with key retailers to drive mutual growth.Align with Commercial Goals:Support sales growth, new product development (NPD) launches, and promotional sell-through.Agile Execution:React swiftly to market dynamics and competitor actions with quick, tailored activations.Sustain Shopper Loyalty:Develop and support programs that reinforce repeat purchases and brand preference.Basic Qualifications
