Мы активно растём и расширяем наше присутствие в Центральной Азии, и сейчас ищем амбициозного и целеустремленного Операционного Управленца в наш офис в Алматы.

Что вас ждет:

  • Представление компании: Вы станете ключевым представителем компании в деловом сообществе Казахстана и близлежащих регионов, продвигая решения как для авиационной отрасли, так и для корпоративного сектора.
  • Развитие партнерской сети: Вы будете выстраивать и укреплять отношения с партнерами и заказчиками, обеспечивая достижение стратегических целей компании.
  • Заключение сделок: Вы будете вести переговоры на высшем уровне и успешно заключать контракты, расширяя клиентскую базу.
  • Развитие продуктов: Вы будете участвовать в адаптации и развитии наших решений для рынка Казахстана и близлежащих стран.
  • Управление проектами: Вы будете координировать локальные проектные активности и руководить рабочими группами, обеспечивая успешную реализацию проектов.

  • У вас есть опыт успешного развития бизнеса в динамичной компании или стартапе, и вы стремитесь к заработку, пропорциональному вашему вкладу.
  • Вы хорошо разбираетесь в особенностях B2B-сегмента и не боитесь сложных процессов, связанных с корпоративными клиентами и государственными организациями.
  • Вы умеете выстраивать долгосрочные отношения, вести эффективные переговоры и убедительно представлять интересы компании.
  • Вы организованы, самостоятельны, проактивны и умеете брать на себя ответственность.
  • Вы свободно владеете русским и казахским языками, а знание английского станет вашим преимуществом.

Дополнительные задачи:

  • Анализ рынка: Постоянный мониторинг и анализ рынка Казахстана и соседних стран для выявления новых возможностей.
  • Разработка стратегии: Участие в разработке и реализации стратегии развития компании на территории Казахстана и в регионе.
