Описание

Обязанности:

  • Документирование требований:
  • Разработка и ведение спецификаций, технических заданий, API-документации
  • Описание бизнес-процессов и сценариев взаимодействия систем. Проектирование решений:
  • Создание архитектурных схем, описание интеграционных взаимодействий
  • Разработка логики работы новых сервисов и доработок в существующих системах
  • Анализ и обработка ошибок (исследование багов):
  • Диагностика проблем, взаимодействие с разработчиками и тестировщиками
  • Оптимизация процессов и рефакторинг:

- Подготовка рекомендаций по улучшению структуры систем
- Участие в обсуждениях по улучшению процессов в команде

  • Менторинг и обучение других системных аналитиков, грейдинг
  • Развитие Chapter-а системных аналитиков и процессов
  • Развитие архитектурного фреймворка и описание новых и текущих сервисов
  • Взаимодействие с другими Chapter Lead-ами, Team Lead-ами, PO, CPO и командами

Требования:

  • Опыт работы не менее 5 лет
  • Знание банковских систем: Опыт работы с Colvir, Way4 и микросервисной архитектурой
  • Навыки работы с инструментами: Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio (или их аналоги). Работа с Swagger/Postman (для тестирования API)
  • Знания SQL, умения писать запросы в БД
  • Готовность улучшать процессы внутри команды и предлагать изменения
  • Понимание бизнес-процессов и ИТ-систем:
    Опыт разработки и документирования требований:
    - Составление спецификаций, технических заданий (ТЗ), описаний API
    - Описание бизнес-процессов (BPMN, UML)
    - Проектирование интеграционных решений между системами
    Знание архитектуры и интеграционных процессов:
    - Опыт работы с SOAP, REST API
    - Понимание архитектурных паттернов (микросервисная, монолитная архитектура)
    - Работа с базами данных (SQL)
    Работа в Agile/Scrum:
    - Опыт написания и ведения User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
    - Понимание ценности Definition of Done (DoD) и Definition of Ready (DoR)
    Опыт исследования данных и аналитики:
    - Умение работать с большими объемами данных, анализировать аномалии
    - Опыт использования SQL для анализа данных
    Опыт построения системы грейдинга для системных аналитиков (SA)
    Опыт управления командой из не менее десяти системных аналитиков
