Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Data Collection and Processing:

• Collect, aggregate, and clean data from various sources, including structured data from systems and data provided in Excel format.
• Automate data processing with Excel and Power BI, and load data into the company's systems for reporting. Support systems for sales analysis.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct statistical data analysis, research, identify correlations and dependencies, and identify trends.

Data Visualization:

• Create visual and informative dashboards, graphs, and reports to present the results of analysis in Power BI. Use the DAX library to build indicators not included in the standard Power BI set.

Business Process Support:

• Work with various departments to provide analytical support for strategic and tactical decision-making.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators, create reports, and ensure regular data updates.

Development of Tools and Methods:

• Continuously improve analysis processes and offer new tools and methods to enhance data handling.

Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Advanced user of Power BI and Excel
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends and dependencies, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on data.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of database principles, ability to work with large amounts of data, and ability to merge several tables. Power BI developer, Excel – advanced user.
• Statistical Knowledge: Experience with methods of statistical analysis, making forecasts, testing hypotheses, etc.
• Soft Skills: Ability to clearly present the results of the analysis, communicate with different levels of management and colleagues.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, come up with creative solutions, and take action to improve processes.
