We are seeking Sales specialist to lead our sales organization. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and drives sustainable growth
• Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and ensure the achievement of sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create synergies that enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
• Present sales forecasts and growth projections to the executive leadership team, providing insights on market dynamics and strategic initiatives

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5+ years of sales experience , with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Exceptional understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, including account-based selling and consultative sales approaches
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with experience in talent acquisition and development
• Bachelor degree

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of scaling sales organizations successfully
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
