Remote | Full-time | $2,000–$4,000/month


We're looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join an international company and develop the performance of remote sales teams.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions
• Onboard and develop new team members
• Improve sales performance through structured coaching
• Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing feedback
• Help build and optimize training processes


Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or team leadership
• Fluent English
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing performance and KPIs
• Comfortable working remotely


We offer:
