The Senior Territory Sales Manager – Almaty & East is a critical sales leadership role responsible for driving sustainable business growth across the largest and most strategically important territory in Kazakhstan. The role leads a team of Mars Associates and distributor sales teams, ensures excellent execution of Mars growth plans, develops key customer relationships, and delivers sales, distribution, and market share objectives.
