Более 25 лет мы занимаемся маркетинговыми исследованиями в области улучшения и построения клиентского сервиса, являясь специализированным провайдером услуг Mystery Shopping (Тайный покупатель) в Восточной Европе, Центральной Азии и ЕС. Наши успехи в этой отрасли признаны всемирной организацией MSPA, действительным членом которой мы являемся уже более 10 лет.

Мы ищем сильного и инициативного профессионала на позицию Аккаунт-директора (Сервис-директора) в Казахстане.

Эта роль сочетает стратегическое управление сервисными операциями, развитие клиентского опыта и привлечение новых клиентов, а также возможность представлять компанию на ключевых отраслевых мероприятиях.

Обязанности:

  • Руководство сервисными операциями в Казахстане, обеспечение их эффективности и высокого качества обслуживания.
  • Управление командой, постановка целей и контроль выполнения KPI.
  • Ведение переговоров с ключевыми клиентами и развитие долгосрочных отношений.
  • Привлечение новых клиентов и участие в продажах сервисных решений.
  • Представление компании на конференциях, выставках и профессиональных мероприятиях.
  • Проведение маркетинговых исследований, анализ рынка и потребностей клиентов для выявления новых возможностей.
  • Оптимизация процессов и внедрение лучших практик, ориентированных на улучшение клиентского опыта (Customer Experience).

Требования:

  • Опыт работы на руководящей позиции в сфере сервиса, клиентского опыта или продаж.
  • Глубокое понимание принципов построения Customer Experience и внедрение их на практике будет большим преимуществом.
  • Навыки стратегического и операционного управления.
  • Опыт проведения маркетинговых исследований и анализа рынка.
  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение вести переговоры с клиентами на высоком уровне.
  • Умение мотивировать команду и достигать амбициозных целей.
