We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Workforce Advisory team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, HR-related advisory processes, and collaboration with experienced consultants in a dynamic professional environment.

The internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are interested in HR consulting or workforce advisory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in preparation of client documentation and reports
• Assist in data collection, research and analysis
• Prepare draft correspondence and presentations
• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions
• Provide administrative and project coordination support

🔹 Requirements

• Including Final-year student or graduate in HR, Business Management, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• English – upper-intermediate or higher
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of responsibility and willingness to learn
