a1qa is a leading international provider of software quality assurance and testing services. We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Almaty team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services at key industry platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, professional communities, and other outreach channels.
Sales Support: Research prospective clients, gather background data for meetings, and adapt sales presentations to meet specific business needs.
Event Marketing: Identify relevant business events (conferences, forums, meetups) and coordinate our experts' participation to drive networking and lead collection.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity in Kazakhstan and the surrounding region to identify new niches for software testing services.
CRM & Analytics: Track marketing activity results, maintain the contact database, and report on the volume of leads generated.
What We Are Looking For:
Professional Experience: 1.5–2 years of experience in marketing (preference given to B2B or service-based industries).
Language Skills: Intermediate (B1) English level or higher (ability to understand internal documentation and handle business correspondence).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network effectively with business representatives and collaborate closely with the sales team.
Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who is ready to suggest new ways to find clients and take initiative in marketing activities.
