As a Senior Associate in the M&A team, the candidate will be involved in the full transaction lifecycle, including:

• Preparation of marketing materials (teasers, information memoranda, management presentations) and participation in deal pitches
• Development of financial models with minimum supervision for valuation of equity for M&A and capital-raising transactions
• Conducting industry, company and product-specific research across sectors Performing preliminary investment analysis on cross-industry opportunities
• Assisting with end-to-end deal execution, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with clients when required and maintaining ongoing client relationships · Developing relationships with PwC global network teams
• Supervising and coaching junior colleagues

Knowledge, experience and qualifications:

• University degree in business field with (GPA) of at least 3.5 out of 4.0
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, valuation, or investment banking
• Demonstrated track record of involvement in executed M&A or capital markets transactions
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills across sectors
• CFA / ACCA candidacy or membership is an advantage
• Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint; experience with transaction databases is a plus
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Russian
