Описание

Junior Associate

Unicase is a leading Central Asian law firm, recognised by Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000.

We are looking for a Junior Associate (1–3 years of experience) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
— legal research (Kazakh law, AIFC, comparative analysis)
— drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents
— participation in due diligence and transactions (incl. M&A)
— support in dispute resolution projects

Requirements:
— law degree
— 1–3 years of relevant experience (or strong internships)
— English and Russian — working proficiency
— strong research and drafting skills

Work on international projects, transactions, and complex matters with clear growth opportunities.
