Role overview

The Corporate Development Team Lead is responsible for managing M&A projects and venture fund initiatives, including valuation and financial modeling, financial due diligence, and transaction viability assessment. The role involves preparing high-quality presentations and pitch materials, supporting business planning and strategy through research and analysis, and conducting negotiations with third parties within the approved authority. A strong focus on accuracy, quality of deliverables, and full compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory requirements is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for company valuations and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial due diligence and assess the viability of potential transactions.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations and pitch materials.
• Engage in independent negotiations with third parties within the scope of authority.
• Provide research and support for the preparation of comprehensive business plans and strategy.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of all deliverables.
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing M&A projects.
• Venture fund projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, M&A, or financial consulting.
• Advanced quantitative and numerical skills, with proficiency in developing and interpreting financial models.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in both English and Russian.
• A creative approach to solving problems and presenting insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from research and data analysis.
• High ethical standards and a results-driven attitude.
