We're currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Accounting Advisory Services team in Astana eager to expand their knowledge and expertise. In this role, you’ll advise clients on accounting matters, develop policies, manage bookkeeping, and stay updated on changes in legislation and IFRS.

As our Senior Consultant you will:

• Lead accounting advisory projects and consult clients on financial reporting and IFRS application
• Prepare accounting policies, charts of accounts, and set up document flow for clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and IFRS, applying them to client processes
• Interact with client management, ensuring smooth project execution

You’re a great fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting; professional certifications are an advantage
• Have 3+ years of experience in a Big Four audit department (preferably finance sector)
• Are fluent in English; Kazakh language proficiency is a plus
• Possess solid knowledge of tax, labor laws, local accounting standards, and IFRS
• Have experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP) and 1C Enterprise
