🔹 About the Department

People Advisory Services (PAS) within the Tax & Law practice supports clients in managing workforce-related matters from a tax, legal and HR perspective.

The team works with local and international clients on topics such as:

• employment taxation
• payroll compliance
• global mobility
• workforce structuring
• HR advisory projects

PAS combines legal knowledge, tax expertise and business understanding to help companies manage people-related risks and optimize their workforce strategies.

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our People Advisory Services team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, HR and tax-related advisory processes, and collaboration with experienced consultants in a dynamic professional environment.

The internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are interested in tax, law, HR consulting or workforce advisory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in preparation of client documentation and reports
• Assist in data collection, research and analysis
• Help with payroll and employment tax-related calculations (under supervision)
• Prepare draft correspondence and presentations
• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions
• Provide administrative and project coordination support

🔹 Requirements

• Final-year student or graduate in Law, Finance, Economics, HR or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• English – upper-intermediate or higher
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of responsibility and willingness to learn
