Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations in our Kazakhstan office. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and organizational processes, acting as a key point of contact between local operations, employees, and regional stakeholders. The Office Manager will play a central role in creating a well-organized, compliant, and professional office environment.
Your role:
Responsible to ensure profitable, efficient and effective in operations to exceed customer satisfaction and business objectives. Managing quotation, Definition of scope, Negotiation and Execution of any Repair and Upgrade in all Flowserve QRC/PMC. Managing overall planning for jobs. End responsible for correct maintaining Flowserve systems on a day by day basis. Comply and fulfill Forecast requirements given by Internal (Leadership) and external Customers Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance team in responsible for the overall manufacturing in-process quality control, non-conformance resolution and maintain good quality management system. Manage and oversee the Technical Services team in responsible for the overall troubleshoot, service and repair of mechanical seals either at in-house workshop and/or customer on-site. Manage and oversee the Inventory Management team in optimizing purchasing system, effective inventory management, supplier relationship management and driving aggressive cost out targets. Lead CIP & Safety committee and all work groups in driving improvement plans on EHS, to ensure compliance with company deliverables, local legislation and regulations including risk assessment. Lead and manage operational and financial metrics and establish low cost sourcing raising QRC capability through localization
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Minimum 10 years in leadership roles Industrial Operations, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar roleFluency in Russian and/Kazakh and English Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environmentGood communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetKnowledge of local administrative or employment processes is a strong advantage
