OW Kazakhstan is a leading developer of digital payment solutions. Since 2016, we have been creating, implementing, and supporting software for banks, fintech companies, payment systems, and startups.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will assist the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with account management and contribute to ERP system data management quality and internal negotiation processes at the department level.

Responsibilities:

• Back-office support for BRM (operational reports provision, provision updates on the ERP data, etc.).
• Preparation of proposals, variation orders, and other documents for customers.
• Assisting BRM in the reconciliation of operational data.
• Registration and updating existing client data in ERP systems (contracts, proposals, licenses, etc.).
• Handling delivery projects and project budgets in ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the ERP.
• Gathering updates from BRM on pipeline/contract/project data.
• Handling internal negotiation/approval processes.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a field of relevance.
• Excellent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• High proficiency in MS Word and Excel to manage structured data and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and easy-going personality.
• Accuracy in working with system data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Basic understanding of technical/IT concepts and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of bank card processing technologies or readiness to learn it.
