We are a leading authority in the sleep and wellness niche, looking to scale our paid traffic operations. We have high-converting "Advertorial" and "Listicle" landing pages (e.g., "Top 5 Mattresses of 2026") that are fully optimized for conversions.
We need a Multi-Channel Media Buyer who specializes in direct response to drive cold traffic that converts into affiliate sales. You will work hand-in-hand with our CRO Landing Page Specialist to grow this revenue stream.
The Mission: Your goal is to acquire high-intent traffic from Social, Native, and Search platforms, drive them to our comparison pages, and optimize for the "Double Click" (Ad → Page → Affiliate Offer). Your primary KPIs are ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and EPC (Earnings Per Click).
Responsibilities:
*Multi-Channel Strategy: Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across:
*Social: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
*Native: MGID, Taboola, or Outbrain.
*Search: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
*The "Arbitrage" Mindset: You understand the math of buying clicks and selling affiliate conversions. You know how to use cheap social/native clicks to feed retargeting lists for higher-intent search campaigns.
*Creative Testing: You are relentless about testing "Stop the Scroll" creatives on Social and "High CTR" headlines on Native. You will provide feedback to the design team (e.g., "We need UGC-style videos for TikTok" or "We need 'medical' style images for Native").
*Policy Compliance: You know how to run "Bridge Pages" and "Listicles" on strict platforms (Google/Meta) without getting flagged. You understand the nuances of compliant advertorials.
*Tracking & Attribution: You are an expert in tracking pixels (Voluum, RedTrack, GTM) and ensuring accurate data flow between the ad platforms and our affiliate networks.
*AI Creative Production: Use Generative AI (Midjourney, Runway, or similar) to rapidly produce and iterate on "Stop the Scroll" images and video hooks for Meta, TikTok, and Native platforms.
*Rapid Prototyping: Transform winning static concepts into high-converting video assets using AI video tools to combat ad fatigue without needing a full production crew.
Requirements:
*Proven Experience: You must show a track record of managing $10k+/month in spend specifically for Affiliate, Lead Gen, or Arbitrage campaigns.
*Social & Native Expertise: Deep experience with Meta Ads and MGID is a must.
*Search Proficency: Experience with Google/Microsoft Ads is highly preferred.
*The "Listicle" Flow: You understand why we send traffic to a "Top 5 Review" page rather than a direct affiliate link, and you know how to warm up that traffic.
*Hands-on experience using AI for ad creative (e.g., generating realistic lifestyle imagery or AI-driven video B-roll).
