Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless procurement processes, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including supply chain, contract management, and operational departments, to align procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect materials and services, but also drive cost-saving initiatives and process optimization projects.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing procurement processes, including planning, demand forecasting, supplier evaluation, and contract execution.
Consolidating needs and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
Conducting market research and identifying competitive suppliers.
Organizing and executing RFQ/RFP processes, evaluating bids, and preparing comparative analyses.
Negotiating commercial and contractual conditions to achieve cost-effective and reliable procurement.
Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating contracts and addendums with Legal and internal functions.
Monitoring supplier performance, resolving operational problems, and managing claims.
Ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services in line with agreed schedules and service levels.
Maintaining accurate procurement data and documentation in SAP/Ariba.
Participating in cost-saving initiatives and process optimization projects.
Ensuring full compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and corporate guidelines.

A university degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or similar roles (e.g., supply chain, contract management, operational procurement).
Strong understanding of procurement processes, including planning, demand forecasting, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
Proven experience in supplier relationship management, including contract handling, issue resolution, claim management, negotiation, and monitoring of contractual obligations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (advanced English is an advantage).
Practical experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Ariba).
