Описание

Обязанности:

  • Создание процессов по работе с клиентскими обращениями/ оценки NPS;
  • Кураторство филиалов/ работа с руководящим составом филиалов по клиентским обращениями в целях достижения установленных показателей клиентского сервиса;
  • Постановка задач для создания отчетностей показателей клиентского сервиса;
  • Ведение переговоров с сложными клиентами/ государственными органами для решения конфликта при необходимости;
  • Разработка инструкций/ положений/ скриптов разговоров/ анкет по работе с клиентами
  • Организация работы сотрудников контактного центра;
  • Взаимодействие с заинтересованными подразделениями по вопросам клиентского сервиса, умение правильно презентовать информацию, быть убедительным и умение влияния на результат;

Требования:

  • Опыт развития операционных или сервисных digital-продуктов;
  • Понимание продуктового подхода: гипотезы, приоритизация, работа с данными, метрики;
  • Опыт работы с аналитикой Excel; Power BI / Qlik;
  • Умение анализировать процессы и находить системные проблемы;
  • Понимание метрик клиентского сервиса и их влияния на бизнес;
  • Сильные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать съ
