О компании

ТОО «Нысан Құрылыс Материалдары» занимается поставками современных строительных материалов для фасадных, кровельных и интерьерных решений. Мы работаем с крупными девелоперами и строительными компаниями Казахстана, развиваем новые продукты и новые регионы, усиливаем продажи и сервис.

Сейчас нам нужен Project & Operations Manager — системный человек, который поможет держать под контролем коммерческие и проектные процессы компании.

Чем предстоит заниматься
• Контролировать дисциплину ведения сделок в CRM-системе
• Следить за актуальностью статусов, задач, ответственных и сроков по продажам
• Вести и обновлять таблицы по выкрасам, образцам, мокапам, испытаниям и другим проектным задачам
• Напоминать ответственным сотрудникам о сроках и контролировать исполнение договорённостей
• Готовить для руководителя краткие еженедельные сводки по статусу продаж, ключевым задачам и рискам
• Координировать работу с подрядчиками по сайту, каталогам, презентациям, визуальным материалам и другим проектам
• Помогать в организации внутренних процессов между отделами продаж, складом, конструкторами, маркетингом и руководством
• Участвовать в сборе и структурировании информации по новым направлениям, продуктам и проектам
• Контролировать, чтобы важные задачи не терялись и доводились до результата

Требования
• Опыт работы в проектной, операционной, координационной или административной роли
• Уверенное владение Excel / Google Sheets
• Умение работать с большим количеством информации и задач одновременно
• Грамотная письменная и устная речь
• Опыт взаимодействия с несколькими командами или подрядчиками будет плюсом
• Опыт работы в строительстве, продажах, дистрибуции или управлении проектами будет преимуществом
• Знание китайского и/или английского языка будет плюсом при рассмотрении кандидата

• Опыт в роли project manager / coordinator / operations manager / assistant to CEO
• Навык подготовки презентаций, таблиц, отчётов, реестров и контрольных списков
• Опыт координации подрядчиков и внешних исполнителей
