Core Responsibilities:
Content Development: Support faculty in creating multimedia materials for online, blended, and face-to-face courses and training events.
Technical Support: Assist staff with educational hardware and software, and collaborate with the Graphic Instructional Designer on audiovisual productions.
Resource Management: Oversee audio, video, and ed-tech resources within the University’s Studio and Learning Hub.
Outreach & Collaboration: Support digital outreach initiatives and lead workshops/webinars to share innovative teaching practices with other Kazakhstani universities.

Technical & Professional Expertise:
Education Knowledge: Familiarity with Kazakhstani educational legislation and modern instructional design/pedagogy.
Multimedia Production: Hands-on experience with audio/video hardware (cameras, recording) and data management.
Software Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy across PC and macOS, including MS Office and specialized audio/video editing applications.
Communication & Delivery:
Instructional Ability: Competence in delivering presentations, workshops, and webinars.
Digital Fluency: Practical knowledge of digital education tools and online learning environments.
