Candidates with significant trading experience in other commodities, demonstrating transferable skills, are encouraged to apply.  Strong technical knowledge of agricultural commodity markets, export operations, global logistics, and international trade regulations.  A comprehensive understanding of risk management principles, hedging strategies, and advanced market analysis tools.  Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret complex market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies that drive growth and solve problems.  Proven ability to build partnerships, appropriately influence stakeholders to gain commitment, and lead cross-functional initiatives. A university degree in Economics, Business, Trade, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
