Описание

Обязанности:

CRM и автоматизация

  • Внедрение и настройка Bitrix24 и amoCRM

  • Проектирование воронок продаж

  • Настройка автоматизаций (роботы, триггеры, бизнес-процессы)

  • Настройка интеграций CRM с рекламными источниками

  • Контроль корректной передачи лидов

Сквозная аналитика и трекинг

  • Настройка call tracking

  • Подключение систем сквозной аналитики

  • Настройка передачи данных в CRM

  • Проверка корректности UTM-меток

  • Контроль атрибуции источников

BI и дашборды

  • Построение дашбордов (Google Looker Studio / Power BI / аналогичные инструменты)

  • Визуализация ключевых показателей:

    • CPL

    • CAC

    • ROMI

    • Конверсия по этапам

    • Стоимость сделки

    • LTV (по возможности)

AI и автоматизация коммуникаций (будет плюсом)

  • Интеграция AI-ботов в WhatsApp / Instagram / Telegram

  • Настройка автоматической квалификации лидов

  • Автоматизация первичных ответов

Требования:

  • Практический опыт внедрения Bitrix24 и/или amoCRM

  • Опыт настройки интеграций (через API, вебхуки, Make/Zapier и т.д.)

  • Опыт настройки call tracking

  • Понимание принципов сквозной аналитики

  • Умение строить BI-дашборды

  • Понимание воронки продаж и юнит-экономики

  • Системное мышление и внимательность к данным

  • Влияние на стратегию проектов

  • Участие в построении нового бизнес-юнита

  • Работа с крупным брендами

    Возможно работа на неполный рабочий день.
