Role & Responsibilities:

• Annual purchasing data collection and analyzing
• Supplier pool management
• Commercial print and POP purchasing
• Contract check
• Negotiation with suppliers
• New suppliers searching
• RFQ/RFP conducting, tender results analyzing
• Monthly, annual reporting regarding cost saving and supplier management.

Qualifications

Education and Language:

• Bachelor's Degree, Major in Legal or Accounting is preferable
• English language Intermediate

Professional Skills and Experience:

• Work experience in procurement - 1 year
• Knowledge of main GP principles
• Experience in conducting RFQ/RFP, analyzing results of tender
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills (negotiation skills is an advantage)
• Understanding corporate way of living (previous work in foreign companies is an advantage)
