Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage procurement and tender documentation, maintaining accurate records of tenders and clarification requests.
Gather and coordinate information from engineering, commercial, and legal teams to support procurement proposals.
Monitor order execution and delivery timelines, and communicate with suppliers and contractors to resolve day-to-day issues.
Research and analyze supplier markets and competitor activity to support informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
Higher education in engineering, business, logistics, or related fields.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of procurement processes and project documentation is an advantage.
Confident user of MS Office (including Excel).
Fast learner with the ability to handle large volumes of information.
Fluent Russian and English (business correspondence and verbal communication); the interview will be conducted in English.
Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in a multitasking environment, and stress resistance.
