Мы - digital-сервис с платящими пользователями и повторными покупками.
Маркетинг у нас - это цифры, воронки, а не охваты и посты.
Зона ответственности
  • привлечение новых пользователей (online)
  • монетизацию и удержание текущей базы (direct / CRM)
Твоя задача — управлять ростом и экономикой.
SMM и дизайн— отдельные роли.

Online
  • Платный трафик: контекст, таргет, тестирование каналов
  • Воронки: постройка новый воронок, анализ текущих
  • Работа с лендингами, офферами, UX
  • Оптимизация CR, CAC, масштабирование
  • A/B-тесты и гипотезы

Direct / Retention

  • Email / Push / WhatsApp-коммуникации

  • Триггерные сценарии (повтор, апсейл, возврат)

  • Сегментация базы

  • Рост повторных покупок и LTV

  • Работа с ретеншн-метриками

Аналитика и результат
  • GA4 / AppsFlyer / CRM / таблицы
  • CAC, LTV, ROI, Retention, Revenue
  • Формирование гипотез на основе данных
  • Ответственность за цифры, а не отчёты

Обязательные требования

  • Опыт в growth / performance / CRM-маркетинге от 2 лет

  • Реальные кейсы с цифрами (рост, CR, выручка, CAC)

  • Понимание воронок и юнит-экономики

  • Умение самостоятельно принимать решения

  • Сильное аналитическое мышление

Будет большим плюсом

  • Мобильные приложения или подписки

  • Сервисы / health / fintech

  • Опыт построения retention-механик

  • Работа с большой клиентской базой
