Мы ищем Customer Support Agent в новый iGaming-проект для удалённой работы.

В этой роли ты будешь напрямую общаться с игроками, помогать с KYC, платежами, бонусами и влиять на качество сервиса и удовлетворённость пользователей. Отличная возможность войти в iGaming-индустрию и быстро вырасти внутри проекта.

Задачи:

  • Обрабатывать чаты и тикеты, обеспечивая оперативные и точные ответы игрокам

  • Оказывать поддержку по вопросам верификации (KYC), депозитов и выводов средств

  • Консультации по бонусам, акциям и игровым продуктам

  • Выявлять и передавать на рассмотрение подозрительную активность клиентов

  • Проводить аналитику, выявлять нетипичные вопросы и ситуации

  • Предлагать клиентам различные варианты решения их запросов

  • Участвовать в улучшении и оптимизации функции поддержки клиентов и удовлетворённости игроков

Требования:

  • Отличные коммуникативные навыки, умение находить подход к клиентам

  • Опыт в колл-центрах, в продажах или иной работе с клиентами будет преимуществом

  • Опыт в iGaming / betting / fintech будет плюсом

  • Знание английского языка на уровне upper-intermediate (B1+)

  • Внимательность к деталям, ответственность и стрессоустойчивость

  • Способность быстро обучаться и работать в динамичной среде

  • Желание развиваться в iGaming-индустрии, проактивность
