About the job
Become the champion for our clients' success! As a Support Engineer, you'll be the key to unlocking the full potential of our products for their unique needs. Through an in-depth understanding of their processes, product capabilities, and integrated systems, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding them toward smooth adoption and maximized value.
Our primary support channel is email, with phone calls and screen-sharing sessions available for very complex issues.

В основном общение происходит по почте, но иногда возможны звонки и демонстрация экрана для решения сложных вопросов.
