* Based on destination countries and regions, develop medium- and long-term market plans aligned with overall corporate strategy, identifying core markets, key customers, and practical competitive strategies.*
* *Build and strengthen the sales organization; lead overseas business development, new customer acquisition, and project execution; and manage key customer relationships.

* *Produce quarterly market analysis reports, conduct regular reviews, identify gaps against targets, and seek resource support to drive business breakthroughs.

* **Location:****This International Marketing Director role focuses on Business Development and does not require long-term residence in a single country. Primary regions include Africa and Central Asia.**
