The new ICS Astana will deliver the internationally recognised American curriculum on a brand-new, purpose-built campus, designed to inspire learning and creativity. State-of-the-art facilities will include a swimming pool, theatre, advanced AI laboratories, and modern learning spaces that support both academic achievement and holistic student development.
● Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing plan to achieve student enrollment targets for the September 2026 opening
● Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website traffic)
● Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, brochures, and presentations
● Coordinate with designers, videographers, printers, and external marketing agencies
● Plan and execute open days, school tours, education fairs, and community events
● Manage CRM / lead tracking and ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents
● Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
● Oversee brand localization while maintaining global ICS standards
● Collaborate closely with School Leadership, and HQ Marketing
● Ensure brand consistency in line with ICS global brand guidelines
● 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in education)
● Proven experience leading brand launches or new market entries
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
● Excellent communication skills in English, Russian, Kazakh
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced launch environment
● Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
