Job Description
We are looking for a Business IT Support Specialist to join our Business IT team in Kazakhstan. This role is key to supporting our digital workplace and digitalisation strategy and ensuring smooth IT operations locally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools.Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.Monitor and analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement.Support digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices.Occasional travel within Kazakhstan to company sites.Support users across the EUE-EUNE area as part of the Area Business IT TeamTake part in local and Area Business IT projects and implementationsCollaborate with the Area business IT and EMEA infrastructure Teams to roll out updates, migrations, and technical projectsMaintain site-specific IT documentation including asset inventories and technical diagramsReporting Line
Reports to Local IT ManagerIndirect reporting to Area Business IT ManagerQualifications
Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and hardware troubleshooting.Microsoft 365 expertise (mandatory), Microsoft Teams proficiency.Strong English communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.Exposure to ERP systems or Salesforce.Work experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNOW, etc.)Additional Information
