Описание

Обязанности:

  • Активное привлечение клиентов (HNW / корпоративные — по профилю компании)

  • Работа с собственной клиентской базой и её развитие

  • Продажа инвестиционных и брокерских продуктов компании

  • Проведение встреч (онлайн / офлайн), презентаций, переговоров

  • Сопровождение клиентов на всех этапах: онбординг → сделки → удержание

  • Выполнение и перевыполнение планов продаж / KPI

  • Ведение CRM, отчётность по воронке продаж

  • Взаимодействие с бэк-офисом, комплаенсом, трейдинг-деском

  • Участие в развитии продуктовой линейки (обратная связь от клиентов)

Требования:

  • Опыт в продажах финансовых / инвестиционных / банковских продуктов от 1–5 лет

  • Наличие собственной клиентской базы — обязательно

  • Понимание рынков капитала, инвестиционных инструментов, брокерских услуг

  • Опыт работы с чеками от $50k–100k+ (или эквивалент)

  • Навыки ведения переговоров и закрытия сделок

  • Умение выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами

  • Владение казахским, русским языком — обязательно

  • Английский — intermediate и выше (будет преимуществом)

  • Высокий уровень ответственности и самостоятельности

  • Ориентация на результат, а не «процесс ради процесса»
